Gerrard (Ngāti Apa ki te Ra Tō, Ngāi Tahu) is a highly regarded advisor and independent director to a number of commercial and iwi investment boards. Gerrard worked successfully with many of the Arotahi team during his consulting career and for Arotahi provides strategic advice, quality assurance and direct involvement in complex forestry transactions.

Outside of work Gerrard is a keen mountain biker and skier, making the most of his Nelson base and dedicated family man.
